1. **Timely Delivery**: Sellers must fulfill deliveries within the stipulated delivery time using the method chosen by the buyer. Sellers should set a realistic delivery timeframe they can commit to, as advertised on their listing. Good practices and reliability attract more customers. Sellers should frequently log into their accounts to update their online/offline status, increasing the likelihood of potential orders. If a seller does not process a new order within 48 hours, the GE2U system will automatically cancel the order and refund the buyer's credits. The seller will face penalties for unprocessed orders, as outlined in the seller offense section.
2. **Proof of Delivery**: Sellers are required to capture screenshots (before and after trade) or provide video evidence of the trade. Sellers must upload up to 10 screenshots via the order page after delivery is completed or send video recordings via email along with the order number. Videos should be retained for at least tree months.
3. **Handling Disputes**: In case of after-sales disputes, sellers should actively assist buyers to resolve the issue. If no consensus is reached, the seller must provide proof for GE2U to intervene. Failure to respond or handle disputes properly may result in penalties, including order refunds, fines, or suspension of sales. More information on dispute fines is available under GE2U regulations.
4. **Order Cancellations**: Sellers are not allowed to request order cancellations without reason. Sellers may need to compensate buyers if orders are canceled or delayed due to the seller's negligence. Stock levels must always be accurate. For example, if the stock level is set to 2pcs, sellers must deliver 2pcs to the buyer. Ensure you have the item in possession before creating the listing.
5. **Communication**: All communication between sellers and buyers must be done through the GE2U Chat Application. Refrain from using in-game chat or personal messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype). Private contact will be considered offsite trading, and chat records outside GE2U will not be accepted as evidence in disputes or claims.
6. **Offsite Trading**: Sellers are not allowed to offer offsite trades or personal deals in any way. Sellers found engaging in offsite trading will have their GE2U accounts permanently banned.
7. **Courtesy and Conduct**: Communication with buyers must be courteous. Harassing content, including threats of violence, is strictly prohibited. Report any policy violations to GE2U immediately.
8. **Account Integrity**: Sellers are prohibited from creating multiple accounts or committing fraud by buying from their own listings. Engaging in unfair sales competition (e.g., giving false negative reviews to other sellers, maliciously consuming seller inventory) is also forbidden. Violations may result in penalties or permanent account bans.
9. **Product Listing Accuracy**: Sellers must list products in the correct categories and ensure the delivery process is accurate and matches the product description. Providing false deliveries will result in fines or permanent store suspension.
10. **Prohibited Products**: Sellers cannot sell products involving hacking, fraud, illegal use, or those obtained illegally, especially account or membership products. Sellers must clearly notify buyers of account information and provide full-time warranties for memberships (e.g., a one-month membership must include a one-month warranty). GE2U reserves the right to delete related products and impose fines or permanent bans on offending sellers.
11. **Performance Reviews**: The GE2U merchant service team will regularly review sellers' sales performance, dispute/negative review rates, and warn sellers who fall below standards. Sellers with a high number of disputes or negative reviews due to misbehavior (e.g., product quality issues) will be punished according to these regulations.
